Photo of the Week: Walking on Lake Louise

Walking on a frozen Lake Louise, Alberta

One of the coolest (pun intended) things we did last year was visiting Banff and Lake Louise during the winter. It’s a four season destination but most of the tourist flow happens in the summer months, so it was a real treat to be in the Canadian Rockies in its “off season”.

A highlight from the trip was being able to walk to the middle of Lake Louise, surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks and forest covered in a blanket of fresh snow. Pure magic!
