Clifftop village of Oia on the Greek Island of Santorini
This week’s travel photo capture’s the stunning architecture of Oia, an old Greek village that’s literally built into the volcanic cliffs on the island of Santorini.
Few travel destinations offer the WOW punch that Santorini gives its visitors – and this photo does a great job illustrating why!
It’s easy to get lost in the beauty of Santorini. We spent a couple hours wandering the tight paths and alleyways of Oia, admiring its iconic blue-domed churches and luxurious private suites that overlook the sparkling Aegean Sea below.
We had a tough time choosing only one photo this week, so we’ve added a few more!

Yup, a fantastic place. Santorini has a special place in my heart as my first destination on an airplane after 10 years of no flying. It certainly delivered.
Isn’t it fantastic? We hope to return again soon!
