You know that feeling you get when you buy a lottery ticket for a multi-million dollar payout. You start dreaming about what you’d do with the money, as if you’ve already won the jackpot. What exotic destination would you visit? What new toys would you buy?

That’s 5 winners receiving a total of 5 million miles!

With 1 million miles you can travel to almost anywhere in the world. And because you can use your miles for flights, hotels, car rentals and activities, you can create a complete vacation without having to spend your hard earned money.

So, our question to you is – what would YOU do with 1 million Aeroplan Miles?

We still have an extensive list of destinations we want to visit. If we won 1 million miles our first stop would be Southern Africa (including South Africa, Namibia and Botswana), then to Scandinavia (including a stop in Iceland), and then somewhere in Central America, like Panama or Nicaragua.

We would also share our miles with our family.

Recently, we were faced with the dilemma of what to give to Nicole’s parents as a gift. It was a milestone birthday for Nicole’s mom. And, it was her parents’ 37th wedding anniversary.

We wanted to give them something special. Something memorable.

They don’t need more stuff. They already have a full household of stuff. Instead, we wanted to give them a meaningful experience. Something they would remember for years to come.

Her parents have often talked about visiting Hawaii because they’ve never been. We jumped online to see if we could redeem our miles for round-trip flights from Vancouver to Maui. We knew this would be the perfect gift for them.
