Photos of MSC Seascape cruise ship
In our last post, we share our experience aboard the luxurious MSC Seascape cruise ship while it was docked in Galveston, Texas. We took a LOT of photos during our brief time on the ship.
We know how important it is to see real photos of the ship when researching a cruise. Therefore, we thought it would be helpful to make a separate post with our photos.
It’s a long post with over 100+ photos of the MSC Seascape.
As always, if you have questions about the MSC Seascape cruise ship, please leave a comment below or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook.
Watch this short reel about our time aboard MSC Seascape.
Note – we were invited to attend a special event on the cruise ship. Because of this, the ship was only at 10-15% passenger capacity. That’s why the ship looks empty.
Above and below is the main atrium on MSC Seascape. It’s an impressive section on the cruise ship.
The MSC Seascape features a luxurious Swarovski crystal staircase, a hallmark of the ship’s New York City-inspired theme. This sparkling staircase is located in the main atrium.
Lounge areas and pools on MSC Seascape
The cruise ship has plenty of lounge areas, 6 swimming pools and several hot tubs and whirl pools.
Keep in mind, we attended a special event for the launch of the new Galveston port for MSC Seascape. The cruise ship was only at 10-15% passenger capacity. Therefore, it looks empty in many photos.

This pool has great views of the ocean. I imagine it’s a nice spot to watch the scenery while the ship is sailing in the Caribbean Sea.
View of the two pools at the back of the ship. I captured this photo from the dizzying “Bridge of Sighs”.

This whirl pool is also part of the exclusive MSC Yacht Club area.
Pirates Cove Waterpark on MSC Seascape
This pirate-themed water park is quite impressive. It features several water slides, a splash zone, and an adventure trail with swinging bridges.
It’s the biggest cruise ship waterpark we’ve seen in-person.
Reminder – we visited this cruise ship for a special event, which is why there are no people in the photos. I spoke with one of the lifeguards and he told me that this water park can see up to 1,000 people per day when the cruise ship is at sea.
Here’s a short video of the water park on MSC Seascape.
Would you go down this water slide?
I’m a bit claustrophobic so this one is a little too tight and dark for me. But I’m sure our boys would love it.
The cruise ship has an outdoor basketball court on the upper deck. This space can also convert to a pickleball court.
Robotron on MSC Seascape
Robotron is the first of its kind at sea. It’s a robotic arm thrill ride located on the top deck of the MSC Seascape.
It offers a customizable, high-altitude experience that flips, spins, and soars riders 175 feet above the ocean.
Would you take a ride on Robotron?
Entertainment on MSC Seascape
MSC Seascape offers a diverse range of entertainment options, from Broadway-style theatrical productions to vibrant themed parties, live music, and family activities.
Below is a collection of photos of the various bars, lounges and entertainment on the ship.
The Casino on MSC Seascape is quite large. It has several slots and tables.
Live entertainment at Le Cabaret Rouge.
The sports lounge has several private areas where you can watch the game.
Hall of Games on MSC Seascape offers a variety of traditional and virtual reality experiences, including MSC Formula Racer (pictured below), 360 degree Flight Simulator and an Immersive XD Cinema.

The Fitness Center and Gym on MSC Seascape is one of the nicest facilities I’ve seen on a cruise ship. It has everything you need, and more.
The spa on the MSC Seascape is called the MSC Aurea Spa.
It offers Balinese massages, beauty treatments, a thermal area with saunas, steam rooms, and unique features like a Himalayan salt room and snow room.
Restaurants on MSC Seascape
MSC Seascape offers a diverse dining scene with included main restaurants (Green Wave, Cala Jondal, Aegean, Skyline) and a large buffet (Marketplace) with several sections.
It also has several specialty restaurants, including Butcher’s Cut (steakhouse), Ocean Cay (seafood), HOLA! Tacos & Cantina, Kaito Teppanyaki, and Kaito Sushi Bar, plus treats from Venchi. Most specialty options come at an extra cost.
We dined at Green Wave Restaurant during our visit. It had a limited menu because of the special event we attended.
Below are photos from our dinner at Green Wave.
Steak tartare appetizer.
Salmon pate appetizer.
We both ordered the Lobster and Jumbo Prawn entree.
Kaito Sushi Bar is a specialty restaurant with conveyor belt options (like nigiri, maki, sashimi) and à la carte/package choices.
Kaito Teppanyaki is an Asian specialty restaurant that features interactive Japanese-style grill dining (habachi) with chefs cooking, singing, and tossing food, providing an entertaining dinner.

Inside our Stateroom cabin on MSC Seascape
This is the standard stateroom on MSC Seascape. We stayed in room 13081.
It’s a good size room that feels relatively spacious and functional.
We like this room layout, where the bed is close to the balcony. And we like that the balcony has a sliding door.
View looking down from our stateroom balcony.
This is one of the fancy suites available to MSC Yacht Club members. It’s huge.
Can you believe these next few photos are all from the same 2 bedroom suite?!
This is the main bedroom. It also has a large walk-in closet and bathroom.
This is the second bedroom in the suite.
Private balcony for the MSC Yacht Club exclusive suite.
MSC Seascape is a huge cruise ship. It has a maximum passenger capacity of 5,877 and it accommodates 4,540 passengers based on double occupancy.
It’s by far the biggest and most impressive cruise ship we’ve be on.
We enjoyed our time on the ship and we’d love to return with our boys on a future Caribbean cruise.
